Tasty, high protein-to-calorie ratio.
This is why I think this is one of the best protein drinks on Amazon: I'm not trying to gain weight, so the protein-to-calorie ratio is important. This provided 30g protein for 160 calories, which is the best I've seen. Also very important is the type of protein. This has a blend of milk protein isolate, whey concentrate and calcium casseinate, all which are readily absorbable, have complete amino acid profile, and have some vitamins. The price is great as well. For me, it's just a tad sweeter than I like, so I'll add a dash of real-lime concentrate to cut through the sweetness, and add a little vitamin C. I like the ease of quickly getting much needed protein to help prevent muscle and bone loss.
